Aug. 10, 2010---Spent several hours at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. There are many exhibits that tell the history of slavery in the United States. It is an audio tour that helps explain things as you make your way through the huge museum. Presentation of the material is well done. Pictures are not allowed so you will need to go see it.
These three pictures show some of the large buildings in downtown Cincinnati.
After the museum we ate a late lunch at Pompilios in Newport, Kentucky. Food at this Italian restaurant was very good. Some scenes in the movie "Rain Man" were shot here.
