May 20. 2010---Hard rain at Pebble Isle Marina has everyone talking. Recent flooding keeps locals a little bit on edge. Rain lasted most of the morning with no new problems reported. It is difficult to visualize what this area must have endured when the water depth was about 14' higher than it is now.
Sure is a good thing there are two access routes into the marina. As you can see one of the roads is washed out wide and deep.
