May 27, 2009---Spent a peaceful day on Panther Creek.
About 9:00 p.m. a storm came up and things began to happen! Dream Manor circled the anchor and pulled it loose. We drifted toward shore and had to get the diesels started quickly. The rode had tangled around a small tree that had been secretly lying on bottom. It took several attempts in the rain to get the rode unwrapped from the tree and the anchor pulled upon the bow. After some anxious moments we moved out into the middle of the cove and re-set the anchor. The fast moving storm passed over, and again peace was restored on the water.
